What started off as a part time job in my local nightclub at 18, has quickly turned into a nearly two-decade long career in the hospitality sector. I craved to learn all there is to know. From cocktails, coffee, and even a few years working in kitchens. I wanted to know how to do it all.

I started my career behind the bar and progressed to area manager, gaining hands-on experience at the operational level of the industry. When it was time for a new challenge, I moved into sales, working with brands such as Halewood, Ellers Farm Distillery, and Squish Juices, bringing exceptional products to bars, restaurants, and hotels across the UK—while remaining firmly rooted in the sector I know and love.

What began as a passion project has evolved into AK BDH Consultancy Ltd, a business built on the fusion of sales expertise and industry consultancy. Supporting bars, restaurants, and hotels with practical insight, commercial strategy, and real-world experience — the best of both worlds.

I am proud of where I’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.

Every decision I make is shaped by a clear sense of purpose. My journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, I've focused on staying true to my values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.
