My Story
What started off as a part time job in my local nightclub at 18, has quickly turned into a nearly two-decade long career in the hospitality sector. I craved to learn all there is to know. From cocktails, coffee, and even a few years working in the kitchens. I wanted to know how to do it all.
From starting off as a bartender and working my way up to area manager level, I needed a change. That is when I went into sales working for companies such as Halewood, Ellers Farm Distillery and Squish Juices, selling their incredible products to bars, restaurants, and hotels all over the UK, continuing to work in the sector that I love.
What began as a passion project has now evolved into something more. AK BDH Consultancy Ltd. Merging sales with consultancy for bars, restaurants, and hotels. The best of both worlds.
I am proud of where I’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.

I successfully trained the Kampasi team in - Coffee, cocktails, steps of service, floor service, allergens, and how to successfully operate their new till system.
I also created bespoke - Daily reporting spreadsheets, team handbooks, wastage reporting, rota and wage percentage spreadsheets.
Being part of the opening of the restaurant was fantastic. The food, service and team are 10/10!
